Since 1959, we’ve guided clients through a clear, collaborative 4-step process to create their dream home.
Step 1: Consultation
The process begins with an initial design consultation — a collaborative meeting where we discuss your vision, goals, budget, timeline, site constraints, and lifestyle needs.
Step 2: Floor Plan Design
We create detailed, to-scale floor plans that show room layout, flow, functionality, and efficient use of space. Multiple options are explored until you approve the perfect layout.
Step 3: Elevation Design
Using the approved floor plan, we design the exterior appearance — architectural style, roof forms, materials, windows, and overall aesthetic.
Step 4: Construction Documentation
We go over the final plans together and, once approved, we print a complete set of permit-ready construction documents.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
*Basic package: 5 complete sets of scaled prints which include — Site plan, Foundation layout, Floor plans, Electrical, Elevations, & Roof layout. Additional prints may incur an extra fee.
*PDF files included.
*Enhanced options: 3D renderings, Cabinet elevations, Framing plans, Marketing materials, and more. Call for more information.
*Engineering can be provided, but is not included in our design plans and will be quoted and billed separately if required.
